This tray cargo carrier features heavy-duty steel construction and a durable black carbide powder coat finish to resist rust and corrosion from outdoor exposure. It comes with a 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" shank with a 2" adapter and can hold up to 300 lbs. of cargo.
